World map on tier landing pages

The tier landing-page renderers do not include the parent campaign world-map section. Their donor sections support donor, affiliation, class, designation and configured custom leaderboards. Matches/updates on Tier 3 do not confirm map availability. Use the parent campaign map or request the tier map enhancement.
