Why some leaderboard rows are links

For the standard generic leaderboard, a row label opens its donor modal only when the donor count is greater than two. Rows with two or fewer donors render without that donor-modal link. Other leaderboard types can have specific destination links. Lack of a row link does not mean the fund cannot receive gifts.
