Tracking works through text and linked images

A generated tracking URL can be the destination of a linked sentence, button or linked image. The anchor's appearance does not itself disable URL-based tracking. Preserve the full generated destination, follow its redirects and check the intended report. Viewing an image or opening an email is different from clicking its link.
