Import dates with a two-digit year

For GiveCampus constituent data and imports.

The Date with Two-Digit Year transformation supports MM/DD/YY, DD/MM/YY, MM-DD-YY, DD-MM-YY and YYMMDD. Select the format matching the actual input and set the cutoff year; a year strictly below the cutoff maps to the 2000s, while the cutoff itself and higher map to the 1900s. For example, cutoff 30 makes 29 mean 2029 and 30 mean 1930. The transformation also needs the configured time zone. Preview representative rows before importing; invalid or blank values can produce no date.
