Delete a single constituent with the ID upload

For GiveCampus constituent data and imports.

An authorized school platform administrator can use Data Import → Data Management → constituent deletion upload. Supply a constituent_id column containing the external constituent ID, even for one person, and review affected data before approving. This is separate from deleting an import file. The tool excludes constituents used by Gift Officer and can remove associated imported/VMS data; review those consequences and request support when the record is protected or the control is unavailable.
