Tier custom leaderboards are not inherited by child pages

Custom leaderboards are associated with the specific tier page. The page displays its own published leaderboards; a board attached to Tier 2 is not automatically inherited by Tier 3 pages. Configure/publish the intended board on each relevant child through its supported leaderboard controls and verify its gift scope. Reusing a title does not automatically reuse the same calculation or parent board.
