Tier 2 campaign statistics inherit the parent

TieredCampaign delegates Hide Campaign Stats to the parent project, and the classic campaign hero uses that value to decide whether to render the statistics. The layout therefore does not offer an independent child-only donor/dollar hide switch. Review the effects on parent and inherited tier pages before changing the parent setting.
