Removing the no-incentive choice

The v3 incentive dropdown prepends a no-reward option labeled “I only want to support our community.” before available incentives. It is not one of the saved incentive records, and no removal/rename control is established here. Making the field required does not prove that this built-in choice disappears. A required one-of-a-kind purchase selection needs a supported setup rather than assuming incentives enforce the intended purchase rule.
