Remove match credit after correcting an affiliation

Correcting the gift's affiliation does not mean that already-associated match progress is automatically removed. Support can review the matched-gift association and remove it through the supported correction path while the offer is not completed; the completed offers require separate Support review. Confirm the actual offer state and reconcile progress/award allocations rather than deleting the donation or adding offsetting gifts.
