Prelaunch video fails after editing or replacing it

The prelaunch save flow uploads a selected local video through Vimeo, obtains a video URL, and then submits the page form with that URL. The upload and the later page save/playback are separate stages; an MP4 filename alone does not prove the upload or processing succeeded.

Identify whether the error appears while selecting/uploading, saving the page, or playing the saved video. Record the file's size, the attempt time, exact error and whether the saved page still references the prior video. Have support inspect the upload and resulting video URL/processing state. Do not attribute the failure to a thumbnail edit or declare the file format unsupported merely from the generic message. The uploader does not provide a universal size-limit or re-encoding remedy.
