Blank solicitation-code imports do not universally delete assignments

Blanking an imported solicitation-code cell is not a universal delete instruction. The parser creates no new code for a blank value; removal of existing person-code associations depends on the configured full/incremental post-import deletion path, prior source-owned records and safeguards. This deletion path excludes Salesforce imports and is skipped when the file’s byte size is less than half the largest earlier successful non-test file for the configuration lineage. That safeguard is not a recommendation to pad a file or broaden its scope. Have support review the actual configuration and affected records before selecting a removal workflow; preserve the intended remaining opt-outs.
