Affiliation effective dates from a CRM

For GiveCampus constituent data and imports.

The standard constituent affiliation import maps Affiliation Name and Affiliation Value. It does not expose effective-from/effective-to fields or automatically expire an affiliation based on CRM dates. Ignoring those date columns does not create a current-versus-former distinction. Prepare the intended current affiliation data in the source export and confirm the importer’s replace/remove behavior for existing affiliations before relying on a current-only audience.
