Vimeo and autoplay

The shared video handler explicitly accepts Vimeo and contains Vimeo embed/thumbnail handling; there is no basis for a blanket statement that Vimeo is incompatible. Check the selected product surface, exact URL/privacy/embed configuration and processing error. A provider being supported does not guarantee every private URL can play.

The standard shared embed URL explicitly appends autoplay=0. Do not assume a first-visit automatic-play control for campaign video from this path. Another custom layout/embed would need its own support and public playback check.
