Under a Tier 2 page scoped to one designation, Tier 3 cannot choose another single designation or designation group, so affiliation is the compatible subdivision exposed here. To group by funds instead, redesign the parent as an appropriate designation group and review compatible child fund selections, or use the parent page without that extra subdivision. Changing a parent requires rechecking existing children.
