The minimum gift comparison is inclusive: a minimum of 100 accepts a qualifying 100 gift. Although the checkbox says above a certain donation amount, only values below the stored minimum are excluded. For a strictly greater-than 100 rule in a two-decimal currency, 100.01 represents that boundary if the donor approves it. Configure the rate, maximum, dates and target designation separately. Per Donor counts eligible unique donors, not every repeat gift by one person; do not assume a fixed award on each transaction by choosing Per Donor.
