Live countdown versus kickoff countdown

The standard live campaign countdown counts toward the campaign end time. The pre-launch countdown counts toward the pre-launch page's configured campaign launch time. Launching tiered pages early does not add a separate native future-kickoff countdown to those live pages. Use clear date text or separately reviewed customization; do not change the actual campaign end date merely to imitate a kickoff timer.
