Full constituent ID - email export and deceased cleanup

For GiveCampus constituent data and imports.

A segment export is not automatically a complete constituent export. The dashboard All tab includes imported and GiveCampus-created records; define that scope and desired external identifier/email fields when requesting a complete export. Deceased status is data distinct from deleting a person; preserve gift history and review source mapping/dependencies before cleanup.
