Constituent deletion can remove saved connections

For GiveCampus constituent data and imports.

Deleting people is not equivalent to refreshing their imported field values. The full people-deletion workflow removes PersonRecord associations. Its data-ingestion deletion removes linked NXT external constituent mappings and related export rows as well. Effects depend on the actual deletion path and protected records. Reimporting the same external ID does not prove all prior connections survived or were restored. Before deleting/reloading data, have the authorized data owner/support review the intended scope and downstream links. To investigate new matching work afterward, provide representative IDs and the actual deletion/import runs; do not attribute every mismatch to deletion without checking.
