Use the existing validated constituent import configuration and stable unique identifiers for a refresh. Matching imports update existing records; users do not inherently need to isolate only changed people. Review configuration-specific blank handling and full-import deletion rules before uploading. Imported gift history supports donor-status and giving-based targeting as well as personalization.
