How to use
Open the campaign or form from Online Giving → Campaigns or Online Giving → Forms, then choose Tracking & Analytics → Links & Appeal Codes (called Unique Tracking Links in older interfaces) to manage the links intended for each channel. Share the generated link for that channel and use the matching link report when reviewing results. Event tracking links are managed separately under the event.
In the same Tracking & Analytics menu, use Tracking Pixels or Statistics when offered. Campaign embed/widgets and Giving Form checkout embeds are separate surfaces. Use the provided embed configuration and preview it in its destination. For pixels, use the supported configuration with the organization’s approved tracking setup.
Rules and troubleshooting
A generic campaign URL, a unique marketing tracking link, a personalized/autofill link, and an advocate link have different purposes. Do not replace one with another and promise preserved attribution. Personalization links may contain private recipient context and should not be posted publicly.
Clicks are not completed gifts. Differences can reflect scope, timing, payment state, attribution, or repeated visits. Check the exact report, period, and link before diagnosing a tracking failure. Do not infer a universal attribution window from a link summary.
