Sandbox General Campaign not set up

That message is the fallback school Donate page when the expected general/default destination has not been configured for the school/environment. A successful test on a particular campaign does not configure the school-level Make a Gift CTA. Ask authorized support to configure/verify the intended sandbox destination; do not treat this as a Stripe card-number error or assume production settings carry into sandbox.
