Returning to draft and reopening

This article covers GiveCampus campaign administration. Available controls can vary between the classic and redesigned campaign interfaces.

The Back to Draft action allows authorized eligible online, successful, failed, approved and archived projects, but locks the active Make a Gift redirect target and backup form. A completed campaign is not directly launchable: return it to draft, review/update dates and content, then use the authorized launch action.

Reconcile matching/challenge closeout before reopening. State changes do not reverse payments or restore ended offers automatically. Other launch constraints, including interface-specific locks, still apply. Support should inspect missing controls rather than force state changes.
