Replace affiliations inherited by cloned tiers

Add the new affiliation to the parent while retaining the old one. Update each affected tier’s affiliation/values, then remove the old parent affiliation once no child references it. Parent validation prevents removing affiliations still selected by tiered campaigns. Preview each child after changes.
