Released challenge money versus ordinary offline gifts

The matcher excludes donations typed as match or challenge. An ordinary offline gift is not exempt merely because staff entered it to represent a challenge release. Use the appropriate challenge workflow for genuine releases and inspect existing records before correcting/recalculating; avoid duplicating the same dollars.
