How to use
School-Level Settings Admin, Crowdfunding Admin, Fundraising Superadmin and Superadmin can create, edit, publish and unpublish School Pages. Open Online Giving → School Pages. To edit an existing page, click its pencil icon; the page name opens the public page. Use Basics for page information and Page Layout for sections and their order. Save the applicable form (for example, Save & Next on Basics or Save Changes in a section), then use the page’s publish/unpublish control when ready. Public pages can expose campaign and event listings and search.
For idea collection, Crowdfunding Admin, Fundraising Superadmin and Superadmin can open Online Giving → Idea Submission, configure an Idea Submission form and its ordered fields, then share the public form. Submitters complete that form; administrators review submissions in the ideas area and manage their details/status through the available controls.
Troubleshooting
Creating a school page is separate from publishing it. Submitting an idea is separate from launching a fundraising campaign. If a submission or page is missing, check the correct school, form/page, visibility, assigned role and page access. Partners cannot enable individual permissions inside a role; an authorized administrator changes roles from Online Giving → Administrators → select the person → Role(s) → Add / Add Another → select role → Update Role(s).
