Percentage-only leaderboard without donor count

The standard leaderboard always renders its count column. It separately supports hiding dollars and showing percentage-to-goal, but no hide-count switch is established there. Therefore enabling percentage does not produce a percentage-only table. Ask support about an alternative supported presentation rather than using Hide Dollars Raised to remove donors.
