Multiple grade values for a directed offline challenge

The ordinary legacy eligibility dropdown selects one affiliation value, but the staff match/challenge editor supports multiple directed years/grade values. Ask Support to configure Parents with the exact multiple grade values for each intended offer; do not duplicate one full award for every grade or remove the grade filter (which would admit all parents). Confirm the donor-count threshold versus number-of-gifts wording and the school time zone, including daylight-saving time, before launch. Offer eligibility uses the stored list of affiliation values, so multiple grades are supported even when the school-facing dropdown appears single-select.
