Matching only an exact gift amount

A timed match can use an agreed one-hour start/end window. The standard amount restriction is a minimum, not an exact-amount or maximum-gift filter: setting 25 allows eligible gifts of 25 and more. The per-donation matched-amount cap limits how much is matched; it does not exclude a larger gift. If the donor intends only gifts of exactly 25, request a supported/manual eligibility plan rather than promising the ordinary minimum enforces equality.
