Include a video in a scheduled campaign update

This article covers GiveCampus campaign administration. Available controls can vary between the classic and redesigned campaign interfaces.

In the campaign update dialog, use + Add Video in Uploading Video Updates, upload an accepted video file, wait for processing (the interface advises 5–10 minutes and refreshing if needed), then select Insert Video beneath the processed video. The rich-text image/file buttons are not the video-upload control. Review Display on Campaign Page and Send Email separately, then complete all scheduling fields in the school time zone before submitting. Verify the recipient experience; an embedded page video does not guarantee inline playback in email clients.
