Additional email addresses for gift identifier matching

For GiveCampus constituent data and imports.

The VMS-to-gift identifier matcher reads preferred, business and other email fields and splits each on semicolons, normalizing the resulting addresses. Arbitrary extra Personal Email or School Email columns are not automatically read by this matcher. Coordinate supported import mappings into those fields or the separate constituent-ID/email mapping workflow, and verify actual linked gifts. This is a matching rule, not a promise that every email-sending interface sends to all addresses in a cell; shared emails can remain ambiguous.
