Rivalry and update image sizing

The rivalry admin image picker accepts JPG/JPEG/PNG. Its image versions are resized to fit within 1200×680, 900×500 and 600×340 pixels while preserving proportions; those are generated-version bounds, not exact required upload dimensions. Campaign update images use the rich-text editor and are constrained to max-width 100% after upload, rather than the rivalry hero sizes. Preview the image on desktop/mobile; no universal exact update-image canvas size is established by that editor.
