Reopen campaign with accidental end date

For an eligible completed campaign, an authorized administrator can use Back to Draft, correct the end date in campaign Details/Dates, then complete the normal launch checks and launch again. A completed state does not transition directly to online through the ordinary launch action; changing the date alone may therefore be insufficient. Default/redirect-linked campaigns can block Back to Draft, in which case support must review the lock. Existing gifts are not removed by this state change.

Reopening a concluded campaign

If a campaign remains online but its expiration passed, update its expiration under Details → Dates and verify giving. If it transitioned to successful/failed or another eligible ended state, use the authorized Back to Draft action, review the new dates/content, then complete the available review/launch process. A date change alone must not be promised to reopen a successful state. School backup/redirect targets can be locked against returning to draft; resolve those through authorized support.
