Overall adjustments do not reset every tiered page

An overall donor/dollar adjustment does not erase the original gift records or uniformly zero all filtered tiered pages. The tiered page can include designated donor/dollar adjustments only for matching designation IDs; affiliation adjustments have their own matching rules and can affect donor counts without adjusting dollars. Before offsetting a tiered total, inspect that page’s designation/affiliation filters, existing adjustments, and underlying gifts. Overlapping filters can cause one adjustment to affect several pages. Ask Support to review the intended new-year/reset workflow rather than entering repeated negative amounts until the screen looks right. A new campaign clone is a different operation from offsetting current totals.
