Manual Nummatches changes and campaign totals

Nummatches stores an offer's qualifying progress, not a new set of donor gift records. Changing it does not create that many actual donors or payments. It also is not completely independent of totals: the offline-challenge counting scope includes challenges once Nummatches reaches Per unit and sums their Value. Crossing a threshold or changing Value/state can therefore affect whether/how the offer contributes to totals. Reconcile all of these fields together with support; do not assume that editing one progress number always leaves campaign totals unchanged.
