The platform campaign-search scope excludes draft, rejected, deleted, in-analysis and prelaunch records, as well as Giving Forms/General forms and campaigns with Hide Campaign Search enabled. Verify the record type, published state and search visibility with support when a campaign cannot be found. School-page inclusion is a separate configuration.
