Joint couples in the offline-gift CSV

The standard campaign offline CSV creates one named donor record per row and has no joint-gift/spouse column. Putting two names in one Name cell does not automatically create two credited donors. Do not upload the full amount twice. Review the institution's approved allocation/counting approach with support—for example a reconciled separate donor-count adjustment where the relevant leaderboard supports it—while retaining one actual gift amount and accurate identities.
