Supported giving-link query parameters

Use Generate Autofill Links for the actual form’s offered fields. In the ordinary contribution URL, value=100 prefills a $100 amount; designation_id uses a supported designation administrative identifier. a is advocate/tracking attribution, not a designation ID. adid is a legacy personalization token parameter and newer workflows also use token; generate recipient-specific links instead of inventing token values. URL-encode values, preserve existing ?/& parameters and test a clean session. There is no one universal static list for every custom field, form version and workflow.
