Yes, the standard recent donor list orders donor groups by their latest eligible donation, so another eligible gift to the same campaign moves that donor toward the top after the data refreshes. It is not permanently sorted by the donor’s first gift. The stored grouping also includes identity/name, affiliation and anonymity details, so materially different gift details can appear as separate entries. Offline and tier rollup displays have their own handling.
