Removing gifts and completed offers

The removal service returns without reversing progress when the offer is completed. Therefore deleting a gift is not a guarantee that completed matching funds are released. Ask support to reconcile the original gift, offer and payment state before manually reducing amounts or recreating an offer. Do not remove a legitimate payment merely to exclude it from matching. Excluding a particular paid gift or applying a previously made gift requires inspection; no universal self-service reassignment is established here.
