The prelaunch layout has About and configured custom-content sections rather than the ordinary tiered landing-page tile section. Use custom content to explain upcoming tiers or request supported layout customization. Ordinary child-tier links can redirect to the parent while prelaunch is active; test the intended public links rather than promising independent early tier browsing.
