Clone a campaign for a clean new period and review copied settings/dates/links. Reopening an old campaign does not zero historical gifts. Do not delete gifts or add offsets merely to reuse a URL. Preserving the old public URL requires an authorized permalink/redirect plan and collision/link checks.
