Multiple affiliations in an offline-gift CSV

This article covers GiveCampus campaign administration. Available controls can vary between the classic and redesigned campaign interfaces.

The multiple-affiliation workflow is enabled for campaigns using both the newer tiered-campaign experience and leaderboard builder. Its template supports up to six affiliation/value pairs: affiliation / affiliation_value, then affiliation2 / affiliation2_value through affiliation6 / affiliation6_value. Keep the template's expected columns, leaving unused values blank. The loader matches affiliation names against the campaign's configured affiliation identifiers without regard to case; an unmatched name is not attached.

Use the template for the actual campaign, not the Events registration CSV: Events uses a different affiliation format. Multiple selected affiliations do not by themselves guarantee two credits in every leaderboard or challenge; check that board's eligibility and counting rules before duplicating records.
