Match rate based on the final class total

A standard per-dollar match has a fixed rate/cap while gifts qualify. It does not retroactively choose 1:1, 2:1 or 3:1 for every gift based on the class's eventual final total. Separate cumulative challenges can represent explicit bonus milestones, but they must be designed to match the donor's exact final-total formula and do not automatically reprice an earlier match. For this commitment, publish clear organizer-reviewed rules and reconcile the final class total and award with support rather than promising automatic retroactive rate changes.
