Incentive option text

The donor incentive option is generated from the qualifying minimum and incentive headline. Edit the incentive's headline and actual minimum; editing the form field label is different. Monetary minima can display cents; the whole-number validation for donor-count incentives is a separate rule. If an exact highlighted phrase is missing from the support request, obtain the screenshot before promising its replacement.
