Historical launch-date requests

The application stores an online date set by campaign launch transitions. Creation and end dates are not substitutes for launch dates. For a historical list that is not visible on completed campaign pages, ask support for the campaigns and specify first-ever launch versus latest recorded launch; relaunch transitions can update the stored online date, requiring history review for the first launch.
