Hide campaign dollar or donor counts

The campaign supports hiding its combined top-line statistics through a campaign feature setting that support must review/enable. In the classic hero this suppresses the primary count, goal/progress and secondary count together. Do not confuse it with Hide Dollars Raised on an individual leaderboard, or promise separate dollar-only and donor-only top-line switches. Confirm the campaign layout and desired scope with support.
