GIF image upload and campaign hero framing

The image uploader allows .gif, including the campaign hero-image uploader. Use the image control rather than a video upload. Hero derivatives in the campaign layouts use approximately 16:9 framing (760×430 or 636×357); prepare important content within that area and preview the actual page. Extension acceptance does not guarantee animation survives every resize/layout or that every editor has identical support. Verify playback and provide accessible alternative text.
