Export donors represented by a public decade row

The public leaderboard donor drilldown is an HTML display, not a customer CSV export. For a decade audience, export the campaign gift data, filter the actual Alumni year values 2010 through 2019, and deduplicate the intended people; public row labels alone do not identify the saved filter or grant access to private email data. A custom combined row needs its exact filter reconciled with the report. There is no established one-click export from that public decade row.
