Scheduled launch and prelaunch-page expiry are different

Campaigns already set up in the prelaunch state can publish on their scheduled go-live date. An ordinary draft does not automatically publish simply because its planning date has arrived. The campaign must meet the launch requirements, and the person launching it needs the appropriate permission.

The separate prelaunch presentation expires after its configured start date and time. An online campaign can still show an active unexpired prelaunch page, and an administrator campaign-view override can show the full campaign instead. Verify both dates, the school time zone and the actual public URLs before promising a midnight switch. An expired prelaunch presentation does not by itself establish the underlying campaign is live.
