Remove self-selected incentives and verify first-time donors

A donor incentive choice records the selected reward; its label is not a institution-wide first-time-donor check. You can review gift exports against the institution’s giving history to determine eligibility instead of trusting self-selection. Before removing the incentive selector, have support confirm the form layout and how awarded benefits will be recorded for fulfillment and receipts; a report-only decision does not automatically attach a reward or its FMV to past gifts.
